The Canadian Dental Charity Foundation purposes and objectives are as follows:

1. To promote overall health by providing pro bono dental and oral care to remote and underserved areas, including First nations reserves and other disadvantaged groups.

2. To advance education by providing publicly available scholarships, bursaries, and other forms of financial assistance to students entering first tern of a post-secondary program in oral health in Canada.

3. To advance education by providing instructional seminars on subjects related dental and oral health education to the public at large, but with a focus on teens, adolescents and children.

4. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada)
